A massive week for releases kicks off tomorrow — here's everything dropping April 21–24 and what you need to know before it hits.
Monday means it's time to look ahead. This week is stacked — here's your full breakdown.
April 21 — Vampire Crawlers
Platforms: PS5, Xbox, Switch, PC | Price: $9.99 | Game Pass: Day One
The most anticipated indie release of the month. Developer Poncle — creators of Vampire Survivors — spin off into an entirely new genre with this hyper turn-based deckbuilding dungeon crawler. You'll build card decks, explore familiar VS locations in first-person blobber style, and unleash broken combos using the new Turboturn System. The demo earned a near-perfect reception during Steam Next Fest and demo saves carry over to the full game. At $9.99 (and free on Game Pass), this is a no-brainer.

April 21 — WoW Midnight Patch 12.0.5
Platform: PC | Game: World of Warcraft: Midnight
Midnight's first post-launch content update arrives tomorrow and it's bringing a lot. Void Assaults are large rotating zone events in Eversong Woods and Zul'Aman. The Voidforge is a new gear upgrade system for chasing best-in-slot equipment. Ritual Sites are small 1–5 player scenarios. And Decor Duels is a hide-and-seek PvP mode in Silvermoon City where players disguise themselves as housing furniture. Also: housing UI improvements, new transmog options, and a Twitch Drop event for the Cuddly Pearl Grrgle decor item starting April 23.
April 22 — Masters of Albion
Platform: PC Only | Dev: Peter Molyneux / Lionhead veterans
Fable creator Peter Molyneux returns with a god-game city builder set in Albion. Shape an entire living world — build towns, guide (or torment) your citizens, and play deity across a real-time strategy and simulation sandbox. Molyneux has called it his chance at redemption after years of over-promising. PC exclusive at launch.
April 22 — Tides of Tomorrow
Platforms: PS5, Xbox, PC | Dev: Digixart (Road 96)
A "plastic punk" narrative adventure set in a flooded world. The signature feature is the Online Story-Link system — your choices alter other players' worlds and vice versa, creating a shared narrative experience. From the makers of Road 96.
April 23 — Kiln
Platforms: PS5, Xbox, PC | Game Pass: Day One | Dev: Double Fine Productions
Double Fine's new game is a competitive online pottery brawler. Sculpt ceramic battle armour on a pottery wheel, then take it into PvP arenas to smash your opponents' creations. It sounds absurd and it looks incredible. Day one on Game Pass.
Also on the horizon this week: Little Nightmares VR: Altered Echoes drops April 24 for PS5, PSVR2, and Quest. Full standalone VR entry in the franchise.
